From Kingston to Vancouver, One Patty at a Time.

 

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, my love for cooking started in my father, Heavy Deacs’, kitchen. It was there that I learned not only the flavours and traditions of Jamaican cooking, but the care, patience, and passion that go into making food from the heart.

 

Since moving to British Columbia, I’ve been perfecting our patty recipe since 2018, bringing together the flavours I grew up with and the techniques passed down through generations.

Every patty is handmade with care, from our signature flaky, golden crust to our perfectly seasoned fillings. Whether you like it spicy or regular, each bite is made to bring you a little taste of Jamaica.

Our goal is simple: to share the authentic taste of home with Vancouver and beyond.
