All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We are unable to accept returns of food products for health and safety reasons.
Issues with your order
Although we do not offer refunds, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If there is an issue with an order, such as receiving an incorrect item or an item that is damaged or otherwise not in acceptable condition, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a replacement or another resolution is appropriate. Any resolution offered is at the discretion of Heavy Deacs Jamaican Patties.
Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed or preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
